BOB and Cute Shots!

This is not the best shot, but proof that Sam and I have been out hitting the pavement. Good thing it has been SO hot when I try to start running again. The BOB is great, if only the pusher were in better shape!

New Friends

Sam got to meet some new friends last month. He greeted them with his usual "hey" then a swat to the face. He seems to love other kids, just wish he was a bit more gentle.

Times sure have changed! Daddy and his college buddy Bob with Sam and Matthew.



Another new friend came to visit Sam. Nate visited with his Mommy, Daddy and big sister Alex. They had a great time at the Farmer Market and Sam wishes he had a big sister as great as Alex.

Happy 4th of July!!

Sam had a great time on his first 4th of July. He got to play in the sand for the first time and much to mom's worry, none got in his eyes :)

Back to Grandma and Grandpas for dinner. Sadly they weren't home so we raided their fridge! Thanks guys!!

No we did not steal one of Angelina's kids. That is still Sam with the great mohawk!!

Fun times and getting some rest!

We have been told kitchen gadgets, make great baby toys! Sam proving that this is true. Daddy discovered he fits well in the mixing bowl!


By far the highlight of Sam's week. Daddy made an appearance at Sam's class. He had such a huge smile and climbed right on his lap.

And finally getting to meet Jessi and her darling daughter Calla. Jess and I realized that she and I met at the same age that Sam and Calla met. So fun!!

Fun times at the park

Meeting Very Important People

Rahul, one of Jake's old roommates. He was a natural with Sam. Thanks for coming to visit Rahul.

And Rahul's lovely wife Geeta. Also a natural with Sam. He very much enjoyed their visit!


This the not the first time Sam has met any of these three folks but probably the first time that he was aware of them.

Sam with his Mom's dear previous office mate Diane. Diane used to joke about having Sam in a swing in our office after I returned to work. She seemed to know before I did that I would want to stay home with him.



And of course Neil. Without Neil, there would be no Sam. Sam's Mommy and Daddy met because of Neil.
